To meet the anticipated demand for this critial  techonolgy the deployment is greater than any one company or country can manage.

It is therefor is a necessity to enlist many companies, in many countries to manufacture, deploy and maintain energy units employing this

technology.

The consortium of businesses and international governments will be responsible for the final testing and designing different standard energy/power units for different application.  There is a great benefit of having a globally common energy units for each general application. There is the added benefit of membership as this is a patented technology and  non-members  businesses in covered patent jurisdictions will be precluded in the use of this technology for the duration of the patents in their jurisdictions.

All  consortium membership fees and dues shall be used for the further development and deployment of this technology globally.
